I probably wouldn't say anything about all students making an 'A'. Please go back and add more content to the Voki and repost. What would you talk about the first day? Rules of the classroom? Contact info? Basic guidelines and expectations of your class?
I like the introduction, it seemed like you were trying to get the students excited about science. And I like how you want the students to introduce themselves after your introduction of yourself; this breaks the ice and allows for them to get to know a little about each other. I would include at least a little bit information on what you expect from, maybe following three simple rules that you establish.
